Secara teknis, mengenai cara mencetak sebuah tampilan dari layar komputer PC maupun laptop dapat menggunakan beberapa cara, namun di sini saya akan coba share cara paling mudah dengan hasil yang baik untuk mendapatkan print out dari tampilan persis seperti pada halaman online maupun offline dari layar / monitor komputer ataupun laptop.

Artikel ini saya publikasikan untuk menjawab pertanyaan dari Rekan OPS dalam beberapa artikel saya sebelumnya pada blog ini, yang intinya, mempertanyakan bagaimana cara print tampilan pada layar monitor? Ini tentu saja ini berhubungan erat dengan aplikasi Dapodikdas 2013. Sedikit saya jelaskan pula, bahwasannya cara ataupun tips dan triks ini bisa digunakan untuk mencetak halaman online ataupun offline dari layar komputer PC / laptop secara umum.

Tips yang biasa kita dapatkan, yakni kita cukup klik "CTRL + P" pada laptop / komputer PC kita, lalu akan muncul gambar seperti gambar di atas, dan file dalam bentuk PDF dari seluruh tampilan halaman tersebut (jumlah keseluruhan halaman bisa 1 lembar, 2 lembar, dan seterusnya) dapat kita simpan ke dalam komputer, untuk cara menyimpan file, misalnya tampilan pada lembar PTK tersebut telah saya ulas secara lengkap di artikel saya ini ==> "Cara menyimpan seluruh tampilan dari layar monitor laptop / komputer PC dalam bentuk PDF maupun webpage penuh ke dalam drive / memori komputer".

Namun saya di sini akan share, bagaimana cara cetak/print dari sebagain halaman (bukan seluruh tampilan yang muncul dalam layar monitor). Dalam beberapa tampilan memang sudah ada fasilitas untuk cetak / print langsung dari monitor, tentu saja kita tidak perlu repot-repot lagi bukan, tinggal klik saja icon tersebut, selanjutnya sesuaikan dengan printer yang aktif dan sudah tersambung dengan komputer / laptop kita.

Oke langsung saja ke langkah-langkah agar tampilan pada komputer dapat kita print / cetak :

1.   Sesuaikan ukuran tampilan yang akan dicetak pada monitor / layar hingga fix (sesuai).

2.   Tekan dan tahan “CTRL + PRTSC SYSRQ” pada papan tombol / keyboard komputer.

3.   Buka halaman baru pada Microsoft Wordanda.

4.   Tekan dan tahan “CTRL” lalu klik “V”.

5.   Klik 2 pada gambar, lalu klik “Crop”.

6.   Crop (potong) bagian mana yang akan dicetak. Dengan cara menarik tanda siku aktif pada kedua sudut atas dan bawah sesuai dengan ukuran gambar yang diinginkan akan diprint.

7.   Setelah gambar terpotong dengan sempurna, klik kanan “mouse” pada gambar, lalu pilih “Text Wrapping”, selanjutnya pilih salah satu item pada dropdown pada “In Front of Text”.

8.   Tarik lalu tahan atau “drag and drop” pada gambar lalu letakkan gambar pada lokasi yang diinginkan, sesuaikan ukuran gambar.

9.   Tampilan pada word siap diprint / dicetak, tekan “CTRL + P”.
